Easy to navigate BUT the battery compartment keeps opening on the pedometer, so have to sellotape it shut to use.

upside: Was a bit sceptical about this at first but thought I would give it a try, bought in January '10 and have lost a stone in weight since using the programme. It would have cost me a fortune for 6 months at a slimming club, and probably wouldn't have lost as much weight. I did stick to the programme and didn't cheat (easily done).
downside : The pedometer clip broke after 6 weeks but still works but haven't been able to find a replacement clip, although steps can still be entered manually into the programme to the nearest 100, so you can keep track. The pedometer is a little bit bulky, but well worth the money I paid.

I really like this game, it has really encouraged me to walk more. I wear my pedometer and find myself making better decisions without even thinking about it. It has really helped me to be more health conscious and most importantly to walk much more. Worth it if you want to train yourself healthier.
