Excellent product.I've had this type of opener before(different make)and although i really liked it, it was a bit temperamental.So when it stopped working I opted to buy this one and havn't been disappointed. As long as you keep your finger on the button until it actually starts moving, it works everytime. Let it just take it's time to stop and it will have removed the lid completely.'Simples'!

Does just what it says.
However,take care if can full of liquid as this open cuts from side,not top,and there may be some spillage if can is brim full.
Can be found cheaper in some shops.

This gadget has proved almost totally useless. Either it fails altogether, ie. nothing happens when you press the start button, or it jams half way round. If it does manage to remove the lid, the motor just keeps on running and is difficult to stop. It's sometimes difficult to get the tin lid off the opener afterwards. None of these problems is the result of low battery power or deformed tins, as the instructions suggest. Why would a company launch a product with so many design faults?

worked well for a while and then batteries ran out - replaced same but new batteries hardly lasted any time at all. Seems to struggle with the small batteries
